    Bluearth Foundation is a national health promotion charity on a mission to improve the health and wellbeing of all Australians by making movement a part of everyday life.

    Our services also include the fitness industry. This means that, along with schools, community partners and Government, we support thousands of fitness professionals throughout Australia through our Physical Activity Australia (PAA) division.

    • Working as part of small team to undertake core admin tasks including data processing, systems management and customer service
    • To establish and continually build on customer relationships that enables Bluearth to deliver on its mission
    • Support the direction, development, implementation and delivery of Bluearth philosophy, mission, annual objectives and business strategy
    Experience and knowledge required for the role
    • Detailed understanding of the physical activity and fitness industry
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proven customer support experience
    • Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks
    • IT competent- MS Office suite
    • Familiarity with Salesforce an advantage
    • Working knowledge of RTOs an advantage
    Salary and benefits
    • Full time, initial 12-month contract with possibility of extension
    • Salary $50-55K per annum plus Superannuation
    • Salary packaging available

  • Coach Support Volunteer

    Do you feel good when you’re moving? Would you like to share this with primary school students?

    This role is for an assistant coach who will work with the class teacher and a Bluearth coach as they deliver a specialized activity program. While no specific experience is required an inclusive perspective and motivation for being active is an advantage. You would be trained and act according to the needs of the class.

    We work in many locations and can create flexible positions around your weekly availability and ongoing service commitments. Volunteers are responsible to State Managers and have rewards such as celebratory functions and certificated appreciation records. A key benefit of this role is the satisfaction received in guiding student development and sharing their enjoyment.
