Mitch Barrow is one of our coaches who was involved with Bluearth at the beginning, back in 2002.
We asked him a handful of questions in regards to his role, background, and fun facts, so you get to know him better.
Check out his responses below.
What is your role and what does it involve?
Bluearth Coach – working in schools with students and teachers in the Bluearth approach.
What do you love about your role and working for Bluearth?
I love working with kids. I love the energy and joy they bring. I also really value being playful and childlike as an adult. I think it’s important to stay young as you get older. I feel strongly about our vision and feel privileged that I have a job that has real meaning and purpose in an area that I’m passionate about. I also really love the incidental movement involved with the job… moving in a variety of different ways is priceless!
Can you tell us a bit about your background/training and how you started your journey at Bluearth?
I studied Coaching and Human Movement at University. I was involved with Bluearth at the beginning back in 2002. My interest/expertise has always been in movement, coaching, psychology and wellbeing. Bluearth has been a great fit for me.
