Upcoming Workshops

Bluearth workshops will be offered regularly to provide teachers with a student free opportunity to further explore what is possible in the movement domain for you and your students.

Bluearth workshops are designed to be interactive learning experiences and encourage participants to explore and share ‘what works’, acknowledge and discuss what is challenging and keep the essence of the Bluearth program alive in your teaching. This is a chance to experience the Bluearth Approach (movement based learning for students) for the first time or learn new ideas in delivering physical activity to your students. The Workshop can be recorded as Professional Development activity.

Through the delivery of our program, the Bluearth Approach, and Professional Learning Program for teachers, we aim to create healthy and active school communities.

The Bluearth Approach utilises movement, motivation and learning to support, encourage, enable and challenge active living. It not only teaches children the enjoyment and fun of being physically active, it also draws on their feelings, reactions and thoughts that resulted from their participation and draws key developmental learning back into classroom settings.

Using Six Elements Of Movement And Activity

  • Moving in the Environment
