ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED

An opportunity exists to join the Bluearth Foundation team to support its work in the role of an administrative assistant.
Bluearth requires an admin assistant with a strong positive attitude, the ability to support a number of staff and tasks in a dynamic office environment and the ability to adapt and pick up anything that may come their way.
Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide administrative support for Admin Manager, Program and Coach development, CEO and Management team.
General office duties including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, data entry, generating reports, letter writing and responding to enquiries etc.
Ensuring ongoing adherence to operational policies and procedures
Receive and distribute correspondence in relation to Bluearth Foundation programs.
Ensure program materials are up to date and reflect the current business.
Taking on tasks as directed and leading projects from start to completion.
You will be:
A strong communicator both written and verbal, confident both internally and externally to the organisation.
Exceed expectations with everything that you do.
Have an eye for detail and seeing things through to completion.
Have a flexible, can-do work attitude.
Be driven, with a desire to learn, contribute and work in a dynamic environment.
Willing to play a part in promoting the health of Australians.
Experienced in a similar role with at least 2 years experience.
