Bluearth Foundation recognises that a healthy society is fostered by strong partnerships between non-government organizations, local, state and federal governments, small and large businesses, groups and individuals working towards a similar goal and objective.

It is understood that Bluearth Foundation will develop beneficial working relationships in program validation and development.

Bluearth Foundation Alliances aim to develop relationships, which in turn will ensure the overall success and development of the Bluearth Foundation and its associated programs, and optimise the Bluearth Foundation experience through strategic alliance for mutual benefit.

Guidelines

'Collaborative alliances nearly always entail an evolving relationship, with the benefits and competitive value ultimately depending on mutual learning, effective cooperation over time, and successfully adapting to change. Competitive advantages emerge when a company acquires valuable resources and capabilities through alliance that it could not obtain on its own and that give it an edge over rivals.'

'Unless partnerships value the skill, resources, and contributions each bring in the alliance and the cooperative arrangements results in win-win outcomes. It will amount to little or fail.'
